CRCC Commemorates the 50th Anniversary of the Signing of TARAZA Agreement among China, Tanzania and Zambia

For the commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the signing of TARAZA Agreement among China、Tanzania and Zambia, CRCC held the first publication ceremony of The Corpus in Memory of the Tanzania-Zambia Railway for 50 Years in  CCECC (China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CRCC ) Headquarter Building on September 5th, 2017.

The TARAZA Agreement among China、Tanzania and Zambia was signed 50 years ago, when CCECC was the earlier Foreign Aid Department of the Ministry of Railway. On behalf of the chinese garvement, CCECC took fully responsibility for organizing the work of survey and design、construction、vehicle supply、operation test、maintaining and technical assistence ect.. The TAZARA was the biggest foreign-aid project of China at that time and was formally transferred to the two governments on July 14th, 1976. Since then CCECC carried out all the technical cooperation of the Tanzania-Zambia Railway project. The sixteenth phace of this project is in progress recently. 

Kerouki, Ambassador of Tanzania to China、Banda, Minister of Zambia in China、Yi Haiyun, director of the Central Party building work group、Zhuang Shangbiao, President of CRCC、Yuan Li, Chairman of CCECC attended the activity.
