Green Building Material Equipment of China Railway Construction Heavy Industry Corporation Limited Helps Put into Operation the World's Largest Building Aggregate Production Base

The mobilization conference for the first phase of Changjiu (Shenshan) limestone mining project was held in Shenshan mining area, Guichi district, Chizhou city, Anhui province, marking the official operation of the world's largest green building aggregate production base.

The Shenshan mining area covers an area of 4.73 square kilometers with a resource reserve of 1.908 billion tons. With a total length of 12.98 km, the logistics corridor connects four tunnels and traverses four roads, with a transport capacity of 13,000 tons per hour. It is the world's largest long-distance belt conveyor system with the annual throughput of 60 million tons.

The project includes 4 sets of high-quality environmentally friendly sand-making systems as well as general control system and auxiliary facilities developed by China Railway Construction Heavy Industry Corporation. Since the start of the project, China Railway Construction Heavy Industry has participated in the site planning, scheme design, foundation construction, equipment installation, commissioning and acceptance of the project.

The advanced sand making structure, intelligent management system, unique patent design and   scientific dry and wet process of the sand-making machine of China Railway Construction Heavy Industry allow customers to significantly reduce the cost of use and obtain more economic benefits.

At present, the green building material equipment of China Railway Construction Heavy Industry consists of three series of products: tunnel ballast processing production line, mine aggregate processing production line, urban solid waste utilization processing and production line, including flat fixed, tire-type, building-station-type and caterpillar-type green building material equipment, with production capacity of 200 to 2000 tons per hour. The series of equipment is characterized by controllable mud content, controllable content of stone powder, controllable needle-like quality, controllable particle size distribution, adjustable fineness modulus and controllable environmental performance.
