On the forenoon of August 30, CRCC24 held the 2021 Compliance Committee Meeting in the Headquarters in Shanghai. Zhu Chi, Director of Compliance Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of CRCC24, attended the meeting and gave a speech. The meeting was presided over by Zhou Guangmin, Director of Compliance Committee and General Manager of CRCC24.

Zhu Chi made a comprehensive and objective evaluation on compliance works that have done since 2019, and recognized the achievements and pointed out the shortages. For compliance works, Zhu Chi emphasized that, (1) The improvement of political stance was the fundamental starting point of compliance works, this required all employees to take Xi Jinping Thought on Rule of Law as the guide, always keep tense in legal compliance and always adhere to “no preference in compliance and zero tolerance for violations” to realize “understanding, compliance with and practice of compliance”; (2) Improvement of compliance system was an important supporting point of compliance works, this required the Compliance Committee, Chief Compliance Officer and Compliance Office at all levels to actively perform the duties and coordinate and plan the compliance works, and also pay attention to the construction of compliance talent team and strengthen the business training and compliance incentive to effectively improve the ability of compliance management and supervision and lay a solid foundation of enterprise compliance; (3) Strengthening of compliance system implementation was a key acting point of compliance works, this required the compliance organization and compliance personnel at all levels to reply on the existing compliance system, find out the omissions and defects, take response measures, reinforce the strength and remedy the shortages, continuously optimize the implementation plan of compliance system, implement the legality and compliance in key fields, establish the long-term joint supervision management mechanism, and practically promote the normalization, standardization, deepening and long term of compliance works; (4) Promotion of high-quality development was the final purpose of compliance works, this required all employees to earnestly understand the connotations and functions of compliance, correctly determine the emphasis, difficulties and key points of compliance works, link the compliance with law, internal control, audit and inspection to give play to overall efficiency of “integrated compliance”, thus to make compliance works really become the “firewall” and “moat” for high-quality development of CRCC24.

Zhou Guangmin called on all employees at the meeting summary to adhere to the belief of “rule of law first” and the spirit of “daring to take responsibilities”, closely focus on the “three steps” development objectives of CRCC24 and try to promote the law-based operation and improve the compliance management level of enterprise, so as to provide strong compliance support for CRCC24 to build up a famous CRCC brand in East China and enter the first echelon of CRCC.

At the meeting, Yin Shujun, Deputy Director of Compliance Committee of CRCC24, Deputy General Manager and Chief Accountant, reported the implementation of compliance works by CRCC24 in 2021; Chen Jiangtao, Deputy Director of Compliance Committee of CRCC24 and Chief Compliance Officer, reported the compliance audit made by CRCC24 in 2021.

Totaling 35 persons including Deputy Director of Compliance Committee of CRCC24, Director of Compliance Office and compliance officers of the Headquarters and responsible persons of the Headquarters departments attended the meeting.
