To normalize the corporate business operation and prevent the compliance risks, the Compliance Office of CRCC issued the Compliance Audit Work Plan 2021 in accordance with the General Rules on Compliance Management. According to the specific deployment of the plan, CRCC has recently completed the system-wide Compliance Audit.

This compliance audit covers all business sectors and all departments of CRCC, and relate to every step of compliance management, including but not limited to decision making, implementation, supervision and feedback. This compliance audit has been conducted strictly according to the compliance system. The compliance audit opinion and evaluation are objective, fair and reasonable, and reflect the implementation of compliance system by every department and all subsidiaries comprehensively and truthfully. This compliance audit has been conducted independently under the lead of the Compliance Office, and not be interfered by any other department or personnel. 

This compliance audit covers all levels of the whole system of CRCC through sampling inspection. In general, the “1+9” compliance system meets the corporate nature and industrial characteristics of CRCC, fits well with the actual conditions of CRCC, is strictly implemented by every subsidiary of CRCC, and operates well in the whole company. Therefore, CRCC will continue to strengthen the training and publicity of “1+9” compliance system, intensify the implementation of compliance system, enhance the compliance awareness of all staff, improve the corporate compliance management, establish the leading optimal compliance standard, and drive and urge its cooperative partners to strengthen the building of their compliance systems.
